Return Exchange

Your happiness is our priority, and we are devoted to make you feel comfortable and confident when shopping at jewetique, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions: (Jewetique Jewelry is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)

1.Received the wrong item.

2.The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Conditions: (Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Jewetique Jewelry does not refund any shipping fees)

1.Customer ordered the wrong size.

2.Customer does not like the item in person.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:

1.Customized items, including customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, customized stone size, are not returnable.

2.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.

Our Return Procedure

Step 1. E-mail us at service@jewetique.com within 30 days after receiving the product with an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

Step2: Once approved your request, please send the items through your local post office within 3-5 business days, keep well the tracking number and inform us.

Step 3: We will provide a replacement for an exchange or issue the refund when we receive your package and confirm the item has the problems you mentioned.

*Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Refund:

It usually takes 5-7 business days for the funds to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge small transaction charge.

Cancellation:

General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out. For customized/engraved/special order items, any cancellations after 10 hours will incur a corresponding material and processing fee. Please refer to below details:

1.If the cancellation is made less than 10 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.

2.If the cancellation is made between 10 to 24 hours after order was placed, there would be $10 cancellation fee.

3.If the cancellation is made 24 hours after order was placed, there would be $20 cancellation fee.

Please note that we CAN NOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by third-party logistics.
